ROASTING, RESTING AND SHIPPING

Our roasting days are multiple times a week, we ship out all coffees depending on the availability during the time of the order, usually roasted no longer than a week ago, but up to 2 weeks after roasting.
Because of our roasting style most coffees will already taste great after a few days post roasting, but will develop even more intensity and flavours after 10-21 days.
The coffees will keep their vibrancy for at least 1.5 month before they will lose some of their character, although we have had many of our coffees still taste amazing after 4+ months.
