Farmer Edimar Miranda started working on his father’s coffee plantation at the age of 12. The farm covers 8ha and is located in the Matas region in Estouros. Edimar has steadily improved the quality of its coffees since 2014 and has achieved great results in local and regional competitions. In 2019, his high-quality coffees were exported to Europe for the first time. Since 2020 he has been increasing the quality of his beans through the selective harvesting process. The Red Catuai varieties are prepared naturally. This coffee is very sweet and fruity, with aromas such as apricot and apple dominating.
